Rossler Wall of Color Assembly Instructions
Please position the Rossler acrylic fixture near a wall or anywhere in your store where it will not be pushed from the back.
All you will need is a short screwdriver and a level. The fixtures are assembled as follows:
1. Black wood base on bottom
2. Bottom shelf (acrylic with black bottom) next; please screw into the wood base (screws not included)
3. Regular shelf
4. Regular shelf (use the hardware provided to secure one tower to the next at this height)
5. Regular shelf
6. Angled shelf (angled slots for paper, holds only 2 colors)
7. Information Shelf (thin shelf with plastic strip on front)
8. Regular shelf
10. Black Top
Once the acrylic fixtures are set up you can start filling them with the paper stock we have sent you.
We suggest you start by placing al the boxes of the same item next to each other (all 1640 05s, in all colors, all 1640 89s in all colors)
Once this step is finished you should use the Planogram we have sent you – this is the grid showing all colors on the left hand side and all items going across.
We have found that it is easiest to set up an entire row in the same color (ideally a color somewhere in the middle in terms of height) from left to right.
Once you have finished this key step you can easily see where each item goes and how many plastic dividers you need to place in each module.
Now all you have to do is find the appropriate location for each item you unpack (going across) and the location of the color.
We are attaching a photo of a fully assembled and stocked Rossler Wall that you can use as a visual reference.
When you have put in all the product you need to complete the most tedious, yet key part of the installation.
Take out the acrylic “stoppers” – they are L shaped pieces of clear acrylic. You need to measure the distance between the very back of each module and the piece of paper that is placed in it.
Then you snap off (pliers are the easiest way to do this) the stopper to the desired length and place it behind the paper. Once this is done the paper should be flush with the front of the fixture.
We suggest you do this step by item (vertically) since the length of the stopper is the same for all colors for the same item.
The very last step is to apply the clear labels representing each item on the “Information shelf” by matching the item number with the appropriate label. You might want to use a Sharpie to write the MSRP for each item.
You have now completed the assembly of the new Rossler Wall of Color. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take a photo of the completed Wall and e-mail it to us so we can keep it on file for possible future updates.
Please call us with any questions you might have during the assembly.
